Say hello to the biggest thing to hit our menu since the Toston burger.

You told us you wanted healthier options, and we listened. As much as we wish a Pincho Burger with Cajun Fries could be a daily indulgence, now when you need something lighter, we’ve got you.

We’re launching PINCHO Plates, customizable entrees featuring any of our famous kebabs, 16-hour braised vaca frita, or newly added roasted veggies. The idea is simple: Pick a main entree and two sides to pair it with. That includes new sides, too, like mac and cheese or roasted veggies.

This is the biggest evolution we’ve ever made to our menu, and it’s all for you. We surveyed hundreds of guests about what would keep you coming back to PINCHO more often, and you told us healthier options and customization were the top things you were looking for.

So we got to work. With the help of our Director of Culinary Adrian Sanchez, we developed PINCHO Plates to give our guests all the power. Think about it: Our signature Pincho skewers are what started it all, but until now, you could only order them a la carte or as a salad or bowl.

It’s been a labor of love over the past year as we worked through every detail – from packaging to pricing to creating new sides – to ensure we came up with new, affordable menu options that would still be true-to-PINCHO.

Whether you’re looking for something healthy or hearty, now you can mix-and-match your main  – chicken, shrimp or steak kebab; vaca frita; or roasted veggies for our vegan/vegetarian friends – with any two sides including white or brown rice and beans, classic fries, tostones, veggies, or a PINCHO side salad with choice of dressing. (Fried cheese, sweet potato tots, Cajun fries, or mac and cheese are fair game too, for a slight upcharge.)

Meet our Mac & Cheese: We use a signature three-cheese blend, but in true PINCHO fashion, we top it off with a secret sauce and sprinkle it with potato sticks to give it the right crunch.
