PINCHO is something uniquely Miami and — like the city of its birth — beautifully international.
Founded by Otto Othman, Nedal Ahmad, and Nizar Ahmad in 2010, PINCHO was inspired by Otto’s mother’s famous kebabs (aka pinchos) and a Latin take on the classic American burger. With only $77,000 to their name, the creative family opened the first PINCHO (then known as Pincho Factory), serving a gorgeous feast of fast, flavorful fusion.
PINCHO quickly expanded from an insiders’ secret obsession to 10 popular locations throughout Florida. The bright brand has vibrant murals on its walls (from local, Latin artists) and has attracted families and foodies alike.
PINCHO’s future is as bright as its murals. And as it expands to new horizons across the country, the team is honored to rep Miami and give the world a delicious taste of South Florida’s shine.
